"It's never fun to think about dealing with insurance companies but my experience with Christine was refreshing. She gave us a quote that was much less than my previous agent's renewal quote. We made some changes and she quickly adapted the quote for me. There was information she needed from me along the way and that was communicated in a timely manner so that it didn't hold up my preferred start date. After my start date, an underwriter said that my price would be higher due to an accident my son had last year, but he has his own insurance and his own car.
